*Cancellation Policy Cancellation fee of 50% if scheduled conference room is not cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled time. Cancellation fee of 100% if no one appears or calls to cancel scheduled conference room.

Smart-Detroit hours of operation are from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Extended & weekend hours are available for an additional fee; 2-day notice is required.
